We do not receive commissions or referral fees from any broker and have no affiliation with any trading platform. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Upon written request, we will delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by applicable regulation.

Acceptance of Terms

Nature of Service

Swoffix provides forex trading signals, market analysis, account management and portfolio management services. All services are informational and operational in nature. Swoffix operates its own proprietary hedge fund and issues signals based on its institutional trading methodology. However, Swoffix does not act as a licensed financial adviser and nothing provided by Swoffix constitutes regulated financial advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By subscribing, you confirm that you are legally permitted to participate in forex trading in your country of residence and that you understand the risks involved in trading financial markets.

Subscription & Payment

All subscription fees are due in advance before access is granted. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Your subscription provides access to Swoffix services for the period selected at the time of purchase. Continued use beyond the subscription period requires renewal.

Intellectual Property

All content published by Swoffix — including signals, analysis, reports, methodologies and educational materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Swoffix. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell or share Swoffix content with any third party without prior written consent. Breach of this term will result in immediate termination of membership with no refund.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your membership access and any trading decisions you make based on information provided by Swoffix. You acknowledge that forex trading is speculative and that you trade entirely at your own risk.

Termination

Swoffix reserves the right to terminate any membership immediately and without refund in the event of a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to: sharing of membership content, abusive conduct, fraudulent activity or misrepresentation of eligibility.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising from your use of Swoffix services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

Why a Strict Refund Policy Exists

Unlike software products or digital downloads, Swoffix delivers a live, ongoing service from the moment your subscription begins. When you subscribe, our hedge fund desk immediately begins preparing and delivering signals, analysis and support specific to your membership. The operational cost of this service — analyst time, fund monitoring, signal preparation and delivery — begins on day one.

Additionally, all signals issued by Swoffix are simultaneously executed on our own live proprietary trading fund. This means our capital is committed alongside every signal we deliver. The nature of this live, real-capital service means that once signals have been issued and received, the service has been delivered and consumed.

48-Hour Satisfaction Window

We offer a 48-hour cancellation window from the time of your first payment. If within 48 hours of subscribing you decide that Swoffix is not the right fit for you — for any reason — you may request a full refund by contacting us at info@swoffix.com. No signals must have been acted upon for this refund to apply.

This window exists because we understand that joining a new service involves trust, and we want every member to feel confident in their decision. We do not hide behind technicalities — if you reach out within 48 hours and have not yet benefited from our signals, we will process your refund promptly.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility

A refund request will be considered under the following conditions:

• The request is submitted within 48 hours of the initial payment
• The request is submitted via email to info@swoffix.com from the registered email address
• No more than 2 signals have been received and acted upon during the refund window
• The member has not breached any terms of service (including sharing of signals or content)

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Requests submitted after the 48-hour window has elapsed
• Requests based on dissatisfaction with individual signal outcomes — forex trading is inherently variable and no signal provider can guarantee every trade is profitable
• Requests where the member has shared, redistributed or resold any Swoffix content
• Requests for account management or portfolio management services where active trading has commenced on the managed account
• Partial refunds for unused days within a subscription period are not available once the 48-hour window has passed
• Requests based on a change of mind, market conditions or personal financial circumstances arising after the 48-hour window

Service Interruption

In the rare event that Swoffix is unable to deliver its service for a period exceeding 7 consecutive calendar days due to circumstances within our control, affected members will be offered a pro-rata extension of their subscription equivalent to the period of interruption. This is our commitment to fairness when the failure is on our side.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email info@swoffix.com within the 48-hour window with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your full name, registered email address and reason for the request. We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Our Promise

Swoffix is a performance-driven business. We do not want members who are unhappy — and we do not earn from your dissatisfaction. If you have a concern about your membership at any point, please contact us before requesting a refund. In many cases, we are able to resolve concerns, adjust service delivery or provide additional support that addresses the issue entirely.

Nothing published or communicated by Swoffix constitutes regulated financial advice, investment advice or a personal recommendation. Past performance of Swoffix signals, managed accounts or portfolio results is not indicative of future results. All performance figures shared by Swoffix represent historical outcomes and are not a guarantee of future profitability. Market conditions change constantly and no trading methodology — however robust — can guarantee consistent profits in all market environments.

Independent Decision Making

All trading decisions made by members based on Swoffix signals or analysis are made entirely at the member's own discretion and risk. Swoffix accepts no liability for trading losses, missed opportunities or financial harm arising from the use of our services. You are solely responsible for your trading activity and its outcomes.

No Broker Affiliation

Swoffix has no affiliation with any broker, trading platform or financial institution. We do not receive commissions, referral fees or any form of compensation from brokers. Our sole commercial interest is the performance of our own proprietary fund and the subscription fees paid by our members.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Swoffix and its operators, analysts and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on our content. This includes but is not limited to trading losses, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption.

Regulatory Compliance

It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using Swoffix services is permitted in your country of residence. Swoffix does not represent that its services are appropriate or legally available in all jurisdictions. Members in jurisdictions where forex signal services are regulated must ensure they comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
